OnTESOL has an in-house recruitment team that places teachers in China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, and online ESL programs. The recruitment service is completely free of charge! This means that you do not have to pay any recruitment fees and we will not take a cut of your salary. Some TESOL / TEFL institutes charge for recruitment, but we will not charge you anything at any given point!

All the schools we work with offer a great salary plus benefits such as accommodation, airfare allowance, health coverage, vacation pay, and more!

  2. Submit the application online. OnTESOL trainees and graduates will be contacted within 24 business hours. Those who do not have a TESOL certificate or did not complete their TESOL certificate with OnTESOL may also apply.
