Certificate Request Form
Congratulations on having completed your OnTESOL course(s).
In order to receive a physical copy of your certificate(s) and course transcript(s), please fill out the form below.
Certificates are sent via regular mail. If you want your certificate to be sent via registered or express mail, please send us an email at info@ontesol.com to enquire about shipping costs.
Important Instructions
- Enter your name as you would like it to appear on your certificate(s)
- Please double check that you write the correct address, including postal code and country, where you would like to receive your documents.
- If you do not remember your student number, please refer to your Course Activation email.
When will I receive my documents?
Certificates are processed and mailed once a month. Once in the mail, it may take up to:
- Canada: 4-8 business days
- USA: 5-10 business days
- Europe: 10-15 business days
- Worldwide: 20-30 business days
